It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Harold Vernon Helwig of Stone Lake, Wisconsin, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on April 5, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Helwig and Edith Helwig (Conway); his sons, Robert and Ernie Helwig; and his brothers, Carl and Earl Helwig.

He is survived by: his son Henry (Barbara); his wife Betty Jane Helwig (Flamang); his children, Hellwig, Marc Helwig (Norma), Ronald Bildeau (Cheryl), Luci Neefe and Terri Roeske (Chuck); his grandchildren, Crystal Chance, Bryan Coddington, Shauna Schneider, Dani Bartle, Christopher Helwig, Amber Helwig and Cindi Janssen; his great grandchildren, Brenna, Natalie, Riley, Ivey, Alyssa, Liam and Atticus; and his brother Howard. He is also survived by many nephews & nieces.
