He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Hetherington and Gerry Hetherington (Brown); and his daughter-in-law Cindy Hetherington. He is survived by: his spouse Sandra A. Baumruck (Maresh); his sister Kathy Blumberg of Nekoosa, WI; his son John Hetherington of Stone Lake; his stepson Tony Scott (Liz) of Stone Lake; his stepgranddaughters, Destiny and Madison; and his siblings, Colleen Giamarusti (Mike), Ken Hetherington (Ann) and Bob Hetherington (Linda). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the American Heart Association or American Cancer Society, Northwoods Humane Society, or Death With Dignity.
