He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Kozelek; his children, Lynn Gliniecki (Phil), Carol Kurszewski (Michael), John Omernik (Lori), Lisa Worzalla (Kent), Karen Yach (John), Scott Omernik (Lori) and Bill Omernik (Katrina); his grandchildren, Felicia Krueger (Travis), Lance Gliniecki, Tiffany Wanta (Jerry), Tanya Steebs (Sam), Taneal Strassburger (Jake), Tessa Hoppe (Tanner), Ashley Oshikanlu (Zion), Alexa Omernik, Dustin Worzalla, Cody Worzalla (Kirstin), Chase Yach, Tara Yach and Dominik Omernik (Norbert Omernik); and his siblings, Ronald Omernik, Nancy Domaszek (Paul), Donna Greco (Dennis) and Denise Omernik. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
