He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joseph, Dale and Shirley Brown. He is survived by: his parents, Jerome Alfuth and Susan Alfuth (Brown); his children, Autumn Alfuth and Joe Alfuth; his brother Jerry Alfuth (Shawn); his niece Grace Alfuth; his nephews, Jaren and Dolan Alfuth; and his grandmother Gertrude Alfuth.
