We are sad to announce that on September 8, 2023, at the age of 72, Dwaine A. Habrat of Stevens Point, Wisconsin, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Delores E. Habrat; his wife Sue; his son Michael Habrat (Amanda); his grandchildren, Asher, Lauren and Reese; his pets, Max and Jack; his foster sister Dorothy Sapa (Edward); his friend Laura Sapa; his nieces and nephews, Dan (Joan Sapa), Lori Delfosse (Mark), Christine Sapa and Ed Jr.; his friend Chris Sapa; his siblings-in-law, Nola Dobratz, Jack Stringer (Joan) and Gary Stringer (Evette); and his foster siblings, Wally Dobratz and Joanne Wiesling (Leonard). He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
Memorials may be designated to the Wisconsin Lions Foundation or the Lions International Foundation, or the Lion's Eye Bank of Wisconsin in Dwaine's honor.
