He is survived by: his children, Mary Helminiak (Jeff) and Dan Lee; his granddaughter Olivia "Baby" Helminiak; his brother Bob Lee; and his pets, Bozo, Louie, Buddy and Gracie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and his companions.
