He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Mantz and Hilda Mantz (Sponholz); his siblings, Fred, Robert and Jo-Jo; and his grandson Andrew.
He is survived by: his wife Janis Vinz; his children, Debra Valdovinos (Mark) of Lakewood, Steven (Chien) of Prairie, Scott of Slinger, Duane (Wendy) of Hartford, Daniel (Lynnea) of Slinger and Kevin (Cathy) of Richfield; his sister Betty Robins (Doug); and his siblings-in-law, Sherry Mantz, Dona Mantz, Bob Leaverton and Robert Vinz. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family would be appreciated.
