He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Hoffmann and Lillian Hoffmann; and his brothers, Frederick and Gordon. He is survived by: his brother Dennis Hoffmann (Blanca) of Plano, TX; his sister-in-law Marlene Hoffmann of Jackson, WI; and his nieces and nephews, BamBi, Cindi, Randy, Aimee, Lisa, Leah and Larissa.
