He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Marvin McVay and Sharron McVay. He is survived by: his parents, Bruce Clark and Brenda Clark (McVay) of Hazel Green, WI; his wife Amie Beth Clark; his children, Dawson and Dana; his siblings, Theresa Huebner (Nathan) of Dyersville, IA, Tami Archer (Joe), Hazel Green, Tom Clark of Bloomington, WI and BJ Clark; and his sisters-in-law, Dallas Engle (John Patakos) and Angel Thom (Eric). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a Travis A. Clark Memorial Fund has been established.
