She was predeceased by: her parents, Winfred Lawrence and Genevieve May Garvey (Dillree); her husband Dave; her siblings, Lee Garvey, Neal Garvey and Dorine McGinnis; her son-in-law Ed Fairchild; and her siblings-in-law, George McGinnis and Gwen Garvey.
She is survived by: her close friend David Chrislaw; her children, Carie Fairchild of Clinton, WI, Cynthia Tyvoll (Kevin) of Prescott, WI, Cathleen George (Jeff) of Cuba City, WI, Bruce Chrislaw (Karla) of Clinton and Stacy Leitner (Randy) of Monroe, WI; her grandchildren, Kyle Chrislaw, Nicole Chrislaw, Michelle Donagan (Sean), Jason Inman (Nicole), Megan Leitner, Levi Leitner and Matt George (Kat); her great grandchildren, Colin, Shannon Donagan, Walter, Harrison Inman and Charlette George; and her sisters, Gail Kuhlow (Richard) of Avalon, WI, Jean Garvey of Rockton, IL and Marilyn Conley (James) of Ridgeway, WI.. She is also survived by her kids and grandchildren show their animals.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Phyllis' name.
