She is survived by: her mother Linda P. Stufflebeam-Smith-Dillon (Daniel) of Warren, IL; her husband Dennis J. Blum; her children, Ronald Leifker of Shullsburg, Kris Leifker of Shullsburg and Lacey Lehmkuhl (Connor) of Shullsburg; her grandchildren, Aiden M. Leifker, Lily A. Bass, Bentley J. Lehmkuhl and Lyndyn M. Lehmkuhl; and her siblings, Timothy Smith of Madison, WI, Laurie Smith Starr of Shullsburg and LeAnn Wurtzbacher (Chris) of Gratiot, WI. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Lezlie's name.
