He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Heim and Velma Heim (Phoenix); his son Bruce Heim; his granddaughter Melissa Heim; his brothers, Paul Heim and Theodore "Ted" Heim; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Heim and Ed Sanderson.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy M. Schunk; his sons, Michael Heim of South Wayne, WI, Patrick Heim (Jill) of Shullsburg and Mark Heim of Shullsburg; and his siblings, Richard "Rick" Heim (Mary Kay) of Shullsburg and Dorothy Sanderson of Galena, IL.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
