With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James L. Bennett (Shullsburg, Wisconsin), born in Benton, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 14, 2018 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Bennett and Mildred Bennett (Fields); his wife Evelyn; his daughter Rigena Bennett; his siblings, Charles Bennett, Melvin Bennett and Leona Bennett; and his siblings-in-law, Babe Knobbe, Orval Spore and Dianne Bennett.
He is survived by: his son Rick Bennett (Sharon Deiter); his grandchildren, Zach McGranahan of Darlington, Joshua Deiter of Boscobel, WI and Shyan Bennett of Shullsburg; and his siblings, Dale Bennett of Benton, Karen Ballard (Chuck), Gloria Spore and Mary Knobbe of Rockford, IL..
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Jim's name.
