He was predeceased by: his father Vernon Tarlton; and his father-in-law William Zwirschitz. He is survived by: his former wife Kelli Zwirschitz; his wife Kelli Tarlton; his pets, Gracie and Paxton; his mother Lois Tarlton; his siblings, Debra Raddant (Bruce) and Gregory (Laurie Shomin); his mother-in-law Margaret Zwirschitz; his brother-in-law Scott Zwirschitz (Michelle); his nieces and nephews, Nicole Tarlton, Ashley Natali (Dan), Amber Raddant, Samantha, Emma, Lauren Zwirschitz, Alex Tarlton and Hunter Zwirschitz; and his great-niece Brielle. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
