We are sad to announce that on September 21, 2023, at the age of 76, Ruth A. Kelley (Sheboygan, Wisconsin), born in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth A. Kelley to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Kelley and Beatrice Kelley (Black); her son Todd; her siblings, Bruce, Robert, Dennis and Carol Tio (Chuck); and her sister-in-law Judith Kelley.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Schaefer (Scott) of Sheboygan, Suzann Winkel (Frederick) of Sheboygan, Gerald Geiger (Dawn) of Sheboygan and Tina Arttus (Dave) of West Salem, WI.; her grandchildren, Cody, Jenna, Marissa, Kaden, Samantha, Nicholas, Kiersten and Dominic; her great grandchildren, Adalyn, Hayden, Nova, Jaxson, Emmett and Henry; her brother Kenneth Kelley; and her close friends, Sandy and Bea. She is also survived by many other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Humane Society of Sheboygan County.
