He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fenner and Jeanette Owens (Millert); his wife Barbara Ehlers; his grandparents, Arthur and Laura Millert; his stepfather Donald Owens; his mother-in-law Margaret Ehlers; and his brothers-in-law, Joe Rauscher and Gerry Ehlers (Mary).
He is survived by: his children, Christine Zimmerman (Jeff) and Jarrod Fenner (Ashley); his grandson Lance Ryan (Aleah); his great grandchildren, Charlie and Ella; his close friend Vicki Krueger; his siblings, Richard Fenner (Mary Sue), LuAnn Rauscher and Tina Jochimsen (Cheeko); his stepbrother John Owens (Karen); and also Kim Krueger (Lara). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
