He was predeceased by: his parents, August Cryas and Matilda Cryas; his brother Rudolf Cyras (Tammy); and his brother-in-law Arnold Neuhaus. He is survived by: his wife Erika Cyras; his children, Michael Cyras (Deborah) and Susan Steinhardt (David); his grandchildren, Jennifer Wachowski (Garret), Sarah Ehlert (Trevor), Craig Cyras and Nathan Cyras; his great grandchild Logan Ehlert; and his siblings, Irene Neuhaus and Helmut Cyras (Yu Hwa). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
