He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Lisa Douglas (Bob), Kevin Yurk and Shannon Yurk; his grandchildren, Kayla Sumner (Nate), Alexa Nenni (Dan), Haley Shedd (Brad) and Samantha Schaller (Kevin Kellner); his great grandchildren, Jaylen, Jackson, Brooke, Harper, Addison Mae and Addison Jay; his siblings, Barbara Holzer, Mary Foster (Marvin), Dick Yurk (Jean) and Chuck Yurk (Wendy); and his sisters-in-law, Deb Yurk and Margarite Yurk. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
