Gary R. Spettel Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary R. Spettel of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 7, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Spettel and Meta Spettel (Schilling); his parents-in-law, Alex and Petronella Wagner (Renzelmann); his siblings, Betty Mae Jeske (Eugene), Audrey Ross (Wesley), Barbara Lalley, Laverne Boeldt (Howard), Marilyn Pentek and Jeffrey Spettel; and his siblings-in-law, Caryl Spettel, Donna Anhalt (Roger) and Lyle Dassow.
He is survived by: his wife Karen A Wagner of Sheboygan; his sons, Scott of Sheboygan and Timothy (Michelle) of West Bend; his granddaughters, Madeline Scott (Ian) of Madison and Lydia Spettel (Oliver Paddock) of Chicago; his aunt Elda Hagenow; his siblings, Leroy Spettel, Bonnie Schmitz (Nick) of Sheboygan and Becky Paasch (Barrett) of Cleveland; and his siblings-in-law, Luann Spettel (Bill Curry) of Howards Grove, Barbara Dassow of Sheboygan, Gary Wagner (Alice) of Ohio and Jerry Wagner (Nancy) of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nephews, great-nieces, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Gary's name and may be directed to the "Reins, Inc Equine Assisted Services" W2647 County Road O, Sheboygan Falls, WI 53085.
