He is survived by: his wife Maria Jakel of Sheboygan; his stepchildren, Mike Lukaszewski (Heather) of Sheboygan, Joey Lukaszewski (Nicole) of Sheboygan Falls and Kaylene Falkowski (Nate) of Belgium; his stepgrandchildren, Lily, Maddy, Bentley, Jax, Beau, Bradley and Mackenzie; his mother-in-law Marvelyn Roth of Batavia; his siblings-in-law, Sue Leaverton (Scott) of Mayville, Sandra Roth of Sheboygan, Nancy Andrews of Batavia, Joe Roth of Sheboygan and Frank Roth of Trempealeau; and his close friends, Mark, Mary Baumann of Plymouth, Tim Meier of Monico and Nathan Johnston of Sheboygan.
