She was predeceased by: her father Ervin Saeger. She is survived by: her mother Elvira Brunow Saeger of Wausau; her husband Jeff Kelm of Sheboygan; her sons, Curtis Lupton (Kristin) of Alexandria, VA and Andrew Kelm of Marshall, WI; her grandsons, Bennett and Jackson Lupton; and her siblings, Marsha Peterson (Tom) of Minnesota, Pam Seubert (Steve) of Marathon, WI, Lon Saeger (Marg) of Minnesota and Todd Saeger of Colorado. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established, donations may be made out to the "Debra Kelm Church Musician Scholarship Fund".
