He was predeceased by: his parents, David B. Annis Sr. and Shirley Pearl Annis. He is survived by: his friend Cursillista; his wife Rachel; his children, James Annis (Allison) and Sarah Bernhardt of Sheboygan, WI; his brothers, Fredrick Annis (Joan) of De Pere, WI and Richard Annis (Colleen) of Fort Wayne, IN; and his grandchildren, Brenna (Brian), James Jr., Jack, Chace, Emma, Logan, Lila, Ella, Finn and Grace.
