She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe E. Prey and Euphratia De Prey (Kaster); her siblings, Veronica Gnadt (Alois), Phyllis De Prey, Catherine Huisman, Joseph and John De Prey (Patricia); her nephews, Mark Gnadt, Matthew De Prey and Joseph De Prey; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Hogan and Irene De Prey.

She is survived by: her siblings, Bernard De Prey, Ann De Prey, Joan Hogan and Mary Rose De Prey; her sister-in-law Nancy De Prey; and her close friend Bob Fleming. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Vincent DePaul in Cecelia's name.
