We are sad to announce that on October 30, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Barbara Jean Halverson of Sheboygan, Wisconsin. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Capelle and Ester Lenhart Capelle; and her brother Jimmy Capelle. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Cesar (Robin) of Atlanta, GA, Kerri Cesar of Virgina Beach, VA, Kraig Cesar of Virginia Beach, VA and Ryan Halverson of Sheboygan, WI; her grandchildren, Nicholas Cesar, Kristen Cesar, Zachary Axlen, Madison Jakum, Jared Cesar, Rebecca Klug and Hannah Halverson; and her brother Walter Capelle. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in her name.
