He was predeceased by: his father Lowell "Tom"; and his brothers, Todd and Dean. He is survived by: his girlfriend Pamela Utech; his mother Sharon Hadley; his sister Lori Dei (William) of Kewaskum; his nephew Dalton Dei of Kewaskum; his close friend John Hughes (Tracy) of Campbellsport; his pet Lincoln; and also, Ashley Utech (Jon Olk) of Oshkosh and Jordan Utech of Oshkosh.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Mark's name.
