He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Wilterdink and Corrine Wilterdink (Zylman); his daughter Michelle Wilterdink; and his siblings-in-law, Sue Theune and Don Gabrielse.

He is survived by: his wife Lin Theune; his daughter Kris Wilterdink of Oostburg; his stepchildren, Shelly Dulmes (Kevin) of Hingham, Al Davies (Heidi) of Appleton, Mike Davies (Jess) of Hingham and Ryan Davies (Nicole) of Oostburg; his granddaughters, Corrina Schlenther and Amanda Wilterdink; his great grandchild Ella Limberg; his stepgrandchildren, Jacob (Shannon), Zac (Sarah Gulke), Chase, Levi Dulmes, Blake, Brandon Davies, Avery Huibregtse (Ellie Babiash), Logan, Mason Davies, Xavia, Mercy, Trinity, Phoenix and Knox Davies; his siblings, Rodney Wilterdink (Sue) and Sharon Moses (George); and his siblings-in-law, Audie Breit (Russ), Ginny Debbink (Don), Roger Theune, Mary Kaat (Lee) and Rod Theune. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Memorial donations can be made in Leon's name.
