He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Whipple; his wife Barb; his children, David Kwiatkowski Jr. (Gina) of Oostburg, Dawn Giese (Dean) of Adell, Joseph Kwiatkowski (Kim Senglaub) of Oostburg, Crystal Flunker (Casey) of Plymouth, John Kwiatkowski of California and Daniel Kwiatkowski of Colorado; his grandchildren, Ryan, Nicole Giese, Julia, Brandon Kwiatkowski, Wyatt Kwiatkowski, Ashton Debbink, Jayna and Levi Flunker; his siblings, Veronica Cabble of Michigan, Bernard Kwiatkowski (Marianne) of Michigan, Diane Pentowski (John) of Michigan, Cindy Sindone of Michigan, Beatrice Hill (Greg) of Michigan and Joseph Sindone (Julie) of Michigan; and his brother-in-law John Whipple (April) of Michigan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
