He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Metoxen and Lida Metoxen (Parkhurst); and his siblings, Jeffrey "Jeff", Alphian "Al" and Laurie "Lobie" Metoxen.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda; his daughter Kennedy; his siblings, Dale "Rick" Metoxen (Tammy), Kenneth Metoxen, Lynn Metoxen and Lyle Metoxen (Laurie); and his godson Dale Metoxen, Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other extended family and countless friends.
