He is survived by: his wife Kerri Van Den Langenberg; his children, Kenny Van De (Brooke) and Oneida; his grandchildren, Gavin, Grayson and Kenlynn; his daughter Katie Curtis (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Jayce and Emma; his daughter Colleen Allen (Trevor); his grandchild Collete; his mother Grace Van De Hei (Kempen); his siblings, Richard Van De (Shirley), Roy Van De (Christine), Margie Matuszak (Rich), Tom Van De (Nancy), Dale Van De (Julie), Sue Mikel (Rick), Dennis Van De (Jill), Mike Van De (Dar), Sandy Hermes (James) and Jim Van De (Cindy); and his siblings-in-law, Joan Hansen (Don), Hobart, Jean Best (Ron) of Tallahassee, FL, Dave Van Den (Patty), Green Bay, Randy Van Den (Denise), Dar Van De (Mike), Oneida, Wendy Wilcox (Derald Ossman), MaryLynn Van Den Langenberg, Marty Van Den (Judy) and Roxann Badtke (Ken). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
