With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Daniels Melchert of Seymour, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 23, 2022 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Guy Daniels; her husband Carl Melchert; her children, Daniel Carl and Sarah Dreher (Steven); her son-in-law John Smith; her sister June Ford (Wally); and her siblings-in-law, Walter Melchert (Ruth), Raymond Melchert (Lucy), Alfred Melchert (Lulu), Elmer Melchert (Virginia), Ruth LaViolette (Lloyd), Henry Melchert (Adela), Esther Melchert, Marie Melchert and Robert Melchert (Marian).
She is survived by: her daughter Ann Smith of Hobart, WI; her granddaughter Katie Miller (Nick); and her great grandchildren, Luke and Peter Miller of Niwot, CO..
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Jean's memory to be used towards her favorite causes.
