He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Loper and Celda Loper (Niendorf); his sisters, Carol and Darlene; and also, Robert and Patricia Devney.
He is survived by: his sister Alberta; his daughters, Debbie Kaspar (Charlie), Dawn Rehwinkel (Pat) and Becky Griffin (Glenn); his nephews, Gerry (Dawn) and Marty Frey (Tammy); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, AJ, Dani, Russell and Carley. He is also survived by loving brothers, sister-in-law, nieces and nephews.
