He is survived by: his significant other Builders; his wife Sally; his children, Kent (Angie) of Woodburn, OR., Kim (Patricia "Pat") and Jenni (Vince); his grandchildren, Ashley Meier, Josh Meier, Colton Smith, Lee Smith and Kyle Smith; and his siblings, Ed Smith of Witwen, WI., Millie Schultz (Greg) of Loganville, WI. and Rene Nelson of Clearwater, FL.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers a memorial may be made to the family.
