He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick W. and Geraldine Madison, Sr. (Conover); and his sister Sarah Lawless. He is survived by: his wife Tracy (Anderson); his children, David of Minneapolis, MN, Jessica of Seattle, WA. and Ashley; his grandson Owen of Portland, OR; and his sister Nancy Hayes of Santa Fe, NM. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
