He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Sorg and Viola Sorg (Sprecher); his daughter Ann; and his siblings, Joyce Gasser, John Sorg, June Sater and Fred Sorg.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Kaufman; his daughters, Terri Sorg (Jeff Eden), Jackie Barman (Tom), Chris Maly (Charlie), Lisa Anderson (Paul) and Lori Sorg (Craig Temple); and his grandchildren, Nick (Krystle), Eddy, Andy Barman (Stefanie Lines), Rocky Denu (Heather), Rochelle McGraw (Kyle), Russell, Casey Maly and Erin Balch (Adam). He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
Although friends and relatives may wish to pay respects to Cal and support his family; due to the uncertainty of the pandemic, there will be no gathering at this time.
