It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Wirts in Salem, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 13, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gervase Wirts and Freda Wirts (Trappe); his wife Colene Wirts; his daughter Ginger Jacobs; and his sister June.
He is survived by: his children, Cathleen Wirts, Loreta Wirts, Joseph Wirts (Ardene), Carrie Marron and Angela Grefe (Jeremy); his adoptive son Mark Wirts; his foster son Ronald Kading; and his grandchildren, Jeanette Rosenbaum (Tyle), Tracy Dempsey, Bryan Dempsey (Kimmy), Kimberly Hanson (Chris), Chad Wirts (Tamara), Rebekah Hansen (Josh), Brianna Walker (Kolby), Joshua Jacobs, Benjamin Jacobs (Emily), Grace Vesbach (Dominic), Emily Jacobs, Abbey Jacobs, Elizabeth Pachniak (Josh), Anthony Marron, Nadean Marron (Keng), Michael Marron (Hayley), Olivia Marron, Natalie Marron, Colene Grefe and Riley Grefe. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
