He is survived by: his girlfriend Mary Ann Puls; his son Brandon Bamke (Derek Holtz); his stepchildren, Janelle Lisko and Mike Freitag (Sam); his grandchildren, Kelsey Lisko, Kenna Lisko, Cheyanne Freitag and Austin Freitag; and his brothers, Dan Bamke (Brenda), Dave Bamke (Mary), Mark Bamke (Penny) and John Bamke (Debbie). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
