She is survived by: her children, Yvonne Davis (Steve) of Richland Center, Aaron Polensky (JoAnn) of Boaz, Diane Brown (Phil) of Richland Center, Dwyane Polensky (Cathie Ryan) of Richland Center, Zachary Polensky of Richland Center, Neal Polensky (Bonnie Gutweiler) of Richland Center, Pamela Puckett (Mark) of Muscoda and Angela Turnipseed (Terry) of Richland Center; and her siblings, Donna Huling and Larry Keller. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchild.
