It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma E. Bulin of Reedsburg, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 6, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph E. Levy and Elsie Levy (Hynek); her husband J. Arnold Bulin; her daughter Sharon McHugh; and her sisters, Thelma Wopat and Bessie Rott.
She is survived by: her children, Dianne Schultz (Henry) of Reedsburg and Wayne Bulin (Judy) of Appleton; her son-in-law Michael McHugh of Madison; her grandchildren, Wendy, Tammy, Craig and Kelli; and her brother Marvin Levy. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren; 4 step great grandchildren; and 4 step great great grandchildren.
