He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Ann Bill and Alban "Chub" Bill; and his sisters-in-law, Sue Bill, Claudia Bill, Lynn Bill and Ann Bill. He is also survived by fourteen nieces and nephews, their spouses, and numerous grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
