He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert H. Gade and Ida Gade (Gall); his wife Irene B. Reynolds; his son Michael L. Gade; and his sisters, Marion Ruth Smith (Harrison), Lucille Jewell (Richard) and Gertrude Kuehlhorn (Henry).
He is survived by: his children, David Gade (Mary) of Stillwater, Cynthia Gade of Wonewoc and Julie Gade of Baraboo; and his grandchildren, Emma and Noah Gade. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials of remembrance may be made to St. John Ev. Lutheran Church of Loganville or the Sauk County Health Care Center.
