He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Hull and Helen Hull (Thomas); and his wife Carole Shearman. He is survived by: his children, Martha Kowalke (Dean), Susan Hull and David Hull (Julie); his grandchildren, Mallory Dorman (Lance), Amanda Bourisaw-Orlando (Dominick), Marissa Walters (Nick), Andrew Hull and Michael Hull (Carsyn); and his great grandchildren, Riley, Carsten, Louis, Abbigail, Olivia, Elijah and Tobias.
