He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard and Anna. He is survived by: his girlfriend Dorothy Brucker; his brother Anthony Bazan (Patricia); and his niece Julie Bazan D'Angelo (Michael). He is also survived by other loving nieces and nephews, and a great nephew.
