She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald "Tyke" Verwey and Lois Kirkorian; her mother-in-law Sophie Barlow; her daughter-in-law Grace Schultz; and her nephew Sonny Bleichner.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Barlow; her children, James Schultz (Jana), Angela Messmer (Brian), Chris Barlow (Sara Nowak) and Jamie Barlow (Traci); her grandchildren, Chelsea Murillo (Edwardo), Skylar Schultz, Cameron Barlow (Amber Dejno), Natalia Messmer, Payton Schultz, Tyler Barlow, Andrew Messmer (Kaitlyn Mertz), Layton Barlow, Kenzie Barlow, Nolan Lipari and Nevan Lipari; her great grandchildren, Addyson, Elliana, Alex and Miles; her siblings, Gerald Verwey (Veronica), Debra Malacara (Dave Malecki), Cynthia Seeley (Chuck Price), Sandy Verwey Gregery Verwey (Jim Adrian), Robert Verwey, Diana Verwey, Sarah Verwey and Ricky Verwey; and her siblings-in-law, Sherry Weber (Dave) and Tommy Barlow. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorials to Alzheimer's Foundation of America have been suggested.
