He is survived by: his girlfriend Donna Bueno; his children, Jenny Janusiak and Jon Janusiak (Jen); his grandchildren, Caitlin, Tori, Tyler, Junior, Brandon, Chace and Xavier; his great grandchildren, Zayden, Dillion, Karsyn and Leighton; his brothers, Scott Miller and Dean Miller (Jennifer); his nieces and nephews, Austin (Illaria), Erin, Travis and Cole; and his pet Rocky. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives and dear friends.
