He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Pauline; his wife Della; his daughter Robin Rogowski; his granddaughter Patricia; his siblings, Louis Fazzari (Jane), Richard Fazzari and Angie Burdick (Jim); and his sister-in-law Ginny Fazzari.
He is survived by: his son Joseph Fazzari (Annette) of Racine; his grandchildren, Nicole Guerrido (Frankie) of Racine, Joseph Fazzari Jr. (Jenny) of Kenosha and Nicholas Fazzari (Alison) of Oak Creek; his brother Frank Fazzari of St. Louis, MO; and his sister-in-law Kate Fazzari. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
Memorials to Hospice Alliance or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital have been suggested.
