He is survived by: his sons, Mario Schackleman, Adam and Marc Velasquez (Tina); his grandchildren, Adam Jr., Jacob, Alayna and Jaxson Velasquez; and his siblings, Frank (Kim), Gilbert, Antonio, Benigno, Victoria, Ravi (Julie), Leonard Velasquez (Lisa), Linda Dunkerly and Virginia "Gina" Salazar. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
