It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leonard Maier of Racine, Wisconsin, born in Pembina, North Dakota, who passed away on July 28, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Lou and Mary Lou; and his brothers, Richard and Timothy Maier. He is survived by: his wife Barb; his children, Fawn Lipke (Charles), Julie Logic (Steve) and Matthew Maier; and his sisters, Judy Schick (Lynn) and Shirley Bachmann. He is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, in addition to nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing to remember Pete in a special way may direct memorials to St. Rita's Church.
