He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Hase and Mattie Lee; and his siblings, Roy Lee Boatner, Charles Franklin Boatner and Loretta Boatner.
He is survived by: his children, Stephany Charrano of Brick Township, Megan Schmidt of Tulsa, OK, Mona Boatner of Milwaukee, WI and Breeon Carothers Sr. (Stacie) of Racine; his grandchildren, Nick, Jason, Quincy, Isabella, Angelina, Breeon Jr. and Trevion Sr.; his great grandchildren, Trevion Jr. and Breeon III; his siblings, Hellen Boatner of Chicago, IL, Vicky Boatner of Racine, Tina Riley (Arthur) of Racine and Raymond Boatner of Racine; and his aunts, Alice Parks of Chicago, IL and Sarah Graham of Racine. He is also survived by other relatives and many dear friends.
