He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Carol; his stepson Joseph Jurkiewicz; and also, George and Ruth Musack.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Jurkiewicz; his children, Heather Kammien (Jack) and Chad Campbell (Nicole); his grandchildren, Jack, Eliza Kammien, Autumn and Brandon Hammes; and also Jennifer Hammes (Mark). He is also survived by his children and grandchildren, and the many friends.
