She is survived by: her children, Peter Verikas (Mary), Raymond Verikas, Elana Richardson Tarwid and John Verikas (Michelle); and her grandchildren, Sharon Verikas, Eric Verikas, Melanie Larson (Tom), Corey Guthrey (Sarah), Raymond Chavez, Justin Richardson, Amber Cutsforth, Ashley Hawley, Alicia Verikas, Alex Verikas, Victoria Verikas, John Verikas and Joseph Verikas. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
A true philanthropist, Elisabeth donated to various humanitarian and religious organizations.
